About &A.N.D.
I relocated to San Francisco because San Francisco gives me an
environment that takes my breath away but also allows me to breathe
deeply and enjoy life. In that essence I decided I needed to create a
balance in my life among the things that I am most passionate about: my
family, my business career, my creativity, my health, and my spirituality.
&A.N.D. nurtures my creativity and leadership allowing me to give to my
community in an amazingly fulfilling way.
Community comes in many different forms but at the core are people
that move through life faced with challenges, chaos, and responsibilities.
My mission is to add value to your life. I can do this through project
management, business strategy and operations knowledge, or creative
and inspired design.
Whether I am adding to the foundation of your business or your home my
goal is to build a foundation that solidly expresses your personality and
values. A foundation that, in midst of our frenzied existence, feeds your
spirit and shifts your energy.
Putting it All Together...
& A.N.D.
